Notes

  • I always buy a bulk amount of Beef (10 or more pounds ).
Whenever I get time,  slice Beef into medium size pieces and  cook  them  in grated Ginger, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves and  Salt, add ginger and chillies according to your taste.
Once its cooked, separate beef liquid/stock and beef pieces in 2 separate containers.
Beef stock is really good in Soups and also gives more flavor if added while cooking Basmati Rice.
Divide cooled beef peices into equal quantities and  freeze them for later use, with this you can make different dishes in very less time.
Using beef stock/liquid and a portion of cooked Beef I always make my Mom’s special recipe for Beef Curry.
