Sugar
1/2 cup Coco Powder
1 cup Veg. oil
1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/2tsp Salt
2tsp Baking Powder
1cup Buttermilk .
3 Eggs
Directions
- Take 2 cups of Sugar, 1/2 cup Coco Powder, 1 cup Veg. oil, 1/2 cup Water and 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder. Mix everything well and cook it until it starts to bubble up .
- It will take only 3min .
- Take it off from the heat & let it cool down .
- In another bowl combine 1 1/2 cup Flour , 1/2tsp Salt & 2tsp Baking Powder .In another bowl take 1cup Buttermilk .
- Pour the Chocolate mixture into a big mixing bowl & add 3 Eggs one at a time.Add Flour & Buttermilk alternately .
- Pour this batter into a prepared pan & bake in a 350degree pre-heated oven for 40- 45min or until toothpick comes out clean .
Notes
- (When you cook the Chocolate mixture be sure to stir it , even though you take it off from the heat try to cool it down by stirring it , or you can pour the mixture into a bowl & beat it with the beater until it cools .)
