Easiest Mutton Curry ( Pressure Cooker Method )

2lb Mutton/Goat, sliced into medium size peices
1 Onion, finely chopped
4-5tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
4-5tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
2-3 Tomato, diced
5tbsp Coriander Powder
1 1/2tbsp Chilli Powder
Curry Leaves
1tsp Turmeric
1tbsp Garam Masala
Salt
1/4cup Water
Coriander Leaves or Curry Leaves, as garnish
Directions
- Combine Mutton, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Coriander, Chilli, Turmeric, Salt and Water.
- Mix everything well until all the spices are nicely marianted into Mutton.
- Using a Pressure Cooker, cook Meat until its fully cooked.
- Usually in my Pressure Cooker it takes 2 whistle to cook meat, sometimes it may varie in different cooker, so make sure to cook meat according to your Cooker.
- Open the lid and allow Mutton Curry to boil.
- Cook for some more time to reduce the gravy, its according to personal choice.
- Sprinkle Garam Masala.
