Ingredients

  • 2lb Mutton/Goat, sliced into medium size peices

  • 1 Onion, finely chopped

  • 4-5tbsp Garlic, finely chopped

  • 4-5tbsp Ginger, finely chopped

  • 2-3 Tomato, diced

  • 5tbsp Coriander Powder

  • 1 1/2tbsp Chilli Powder

  • Curry Leaves

  • 1tsp Turmeric

  • 1tbsp Garam Masala

  • Salt

  • 1/4cup Water

  • Coriander Leaves or Curry Leaves, as garnish

Directions

  • Combine Mutton, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Coriander, Chilli, Turmeric, Salt and Water.
  • Mix everything well until all the spices are nicely marianted into Mutton.
  • Using a Pressure Cooker, cook Meat until its fully cooked.
  • Usually in my Pressure Cooker it takes  2 whistle to cook meat, sometimes it may varie in different cooker, so make sure to cook meat according to your Cooker.
  • Open the lid and allow Mutton Curry to boil.
  • Cook for some more time to reduce the gravy, its according to personal choice.
  • Sprinkle Garam Masala.
