Notes

  • Sambar is one of the most imporatant  curry served in for Sadhya’s.
This particular curry is one of my favorite and you can serve sambar with Idly, Dosa or even consume as a Soup. Sambar is made with cooked Daal, different sorts of Vegetables and Tamrind juice.
AFor more flavor and color add some Kashmiri Chili into the spice mix .
I always make sure to prepare extra amount of  Homemade Sambar Powder / Sambar Podi and store the rest  for later use.
You can always double the quantity easily.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!
