This is a easy recipe . For this recipe I used 2kg of Mutton , try to buy Mutton with bone . So lets start :

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion

  • Curry Leaves

  • Grind :

  • 1bulb of Garlic

  • 3-4inches of Ginger

  • 3-4 Green Chilies

  • Dry Ingredients :

  • 4tbsp Coriander Powder

  • 1tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1tbsp Garam Masala

  • 1tbsp Black Pepper Powder

  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder

  • Salt

Directions

  • Heat some Oil in a pan & saute finely chopped Onion & Curry Leaves .
  • When Onion turns golden brown in color add the grind paste of Ginger , Garlic & Green Chilies .
  • Mix everything well & fry in a low flame for about 5min .
  • Add the dry ingredients & fry for another 2min .
  • Add the cleaned Mutton & mix everything well .
  • Add 2cups of water & cook the Mutton .
  • If you want to cook the Mutton fast use Pressure Cooker .
  • Serve it hot with Rice .
